Mrs. Ward wants to give a HUGE thanks to all of the families and friends who were able to come run, walk, or cheer on their Tigers today at the 1st Annual Turkey Trot! It turned out to be a beautiful day, and the kids did a great job. We hope to make this a yearly tradition at TES. Lastly, this could not have happened without hours of hard work and preparation by Coach P! She did a fantastic job! We hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving break. We are so thankful for our staff for all their hard work and passion for teaching kids! We captured tons of amazing moments at today's Turkey Trot! 📢 Thanksgiving Break Next Week! 🍂 We hope everyone is excited about the upcoming Thanksgiving break! There will be no school from November 25th to November 29th as we take time to celebrate and reflect with our loved ones. Wishing all our families a joyful and relaxing holiday season. 🦃❤️ We’ll see you back on Monday, December 2nd, ready to tackle the rest of the semester! Enjoy your break!

We are excited to invite you to a special “Pre-Midwest” concert tomorrow night at the Carthage High School Performing Arts Center at 7:00 PM! Admission is free and open to the public, so we hope you’ll join us to hear the incredible music our students will be performing at The Midwest International Band & Orchestra Clinic in Chicago on December 19th. This is a wonderful opportunity to support our talented kiddos locally, especially since most of you won’t be able to travel with us to Chicago. We can’t wait to share this amazing performance with our community!

Fall picture retakes will be held on Tomorrow, November 20, for anyone who missed the first round. This includes Cheer, Basketball, and Cross Country teams!

Tenaha Fans!!! For today game against Spring Hill, they will not accept cash at the door. Everything must be purchased online at http://Shpanthers.com. Click on the top right, then select "Tickets." Once you click on that, you will see "Spring Hill vs Tenaha." Click "Buy Tickets," and you will be all set. Save your ticket, and they will scan it when you arrive at the game.

Reminder: 🦃 The first annual Tenaha Elementary Turkey Trot is just around the corner, happening on Friday - November 22nd! 🏃‍♀️ It's the perfect chance to get moving and have some fun before the big Thanksgiving feasts. So, get ready for a fun day of running and cheering! A few tips: -Dress warmly, especially morning runners, as temperatures will drop overnight. -Wear tennis shoes and school-appropriate running gear. -Families are welcome to watch or join in! 🌟 Senior Students Attend College & Career Fair🌟 Today, our senior students had an incredible opportunity to explore a variety of college and career options at the College & Career Fair! 🎓💼 The event was a great success, with our students connecting with universities, technical schools, and local employers to discover exciting pathways for their futures. A big thank you to Center ISD for hosting and providing such a valuable experience for all students in Shelby County. Our seniors left the fair feeling inspired and motivated, with new resources and ideas for their next chapter. Here's to a bright future ahead!
