Take a look at these awesome students and their Ag Mechanic competition Entries!!! These senior dual credit welders participated in the Poultry Festival Ag Mechanics competition yesterday. The custom fire pit/grills were both cut in a 4x4 octagon; even the Texas designs were hand cut! There were almost 50 metal entries in this year's contest. Great job TIGERS!! Thank you for representing TISD and Panola College welding!
BETA and TigerMedia are hosting a Fall Food Drive starting Monday, October 9th through October 19th! Each grade level will participate and the grade with the most cans will receive a juice/donut party to celebrate!
We will need UNEXPIRED, SHELF STABLE canned food items. The items will be delivers to SAKS of Love once the drive concludes!

Our XC teams both had a great showing at the Lindale Invitational yesterday! It was a wet, nasty day...but both of our Varsity Girls' runners hit PR's!!! Our Boys team came in 4th, while Misael Hernandez is on the mend for the upcoming District Meet.

These students have been constructing projects at Panola for the last few weeks for the competition. The items will be auctioned off later today and all proceeds will go back to the students. After much consideration by our admin team, we will proceed with our pep-rally as normally scheduled at 3PM - all guests are welcome to attend, but must check in at the High School Main Office and be prepared for a security screening before entering the campus. Our team and band will be pulling out earlier than normal due to it being Homecoming in Carlisle that evening. Kick-off is scheduled for 7pm. LET'S GO TIGERS!!!

Future Prep will be tomorrow, October 4th during 3rd period. Students will report to their sponsor's room FIRST to vote for Homecoming Class Duchesses (9-12 grades only). Once voting has concluded, those students in need of tutoring will be instructed on where to go the rest of the period.
Voting for Class Duchesses will conclude at the end of Future Prep at 10:37am. You must be signed in to your Tenaha ISD account in order to vote.
Friday, our Pre-K 4 students will have a fun-filled day as they travel to DixieMaze Farms in Shreveport! More information will be coming home regarding the itinerary for the day.

THIS is what being a Tiger is all about. "The Kool Kids" showed up to a junior high game on the Thursday before a 4-day break and took their group photo as part of our 2nd Six Weeks TES challenge.
