PINK OUT Part III

More PINK OUT!!!

Tenaha ISD was flooded with PINK today for PINK OUT!! We are so honored to support those who have battled breast cancer, are in the middle of the fight and to bring awareness to everyone else. At Tenaha ISD, you do not fight alone!

TIGERNATION! Tiger Media will host the annual Pumpkin Decorating Competition NEXT WEEK! Pumpkins will be due on Tuesday and then the winners from Elementary, Middle and High School will be announced Thursday. Pumpkins must be decorated to represent your favorite book or character. We'd also love for you to send a copy of your favorite book with the pumpkin for display. Please make sure you send an index card with your pumpkin entry that has the student's name and grade on it, along with the name of the entry! PLEASE DO NOT CARVE THE PUMPKIN IN ANY WAY. Pumpkins must be taken home Friday or we will dispose of them. Thank you and happy decorating!!

We had a little mishap with Part I of our photos from Country Day...so let's give it another shot!!

MAROON OUT!! Show your spirit tomorrow as we prepare for HOMECOMING on Saturday!!! Don't forget we will have early release tomorrow for our Tigers at 11:30; Elementary Parent Pick-Up will begin at 11:15!!

TISD Couldn't make it without all of our support staff, but we want to congratulate Mr. Alan Farmer and Mr. Frank Washington for being recognized by their peers for the October Tiger of the Month.

TES wants to congratulate Victor Aguilar Martinez and Presley Tatom for being voted our October Tiger of the Month for 4th grade. They were recognized at last night's board meeting.

Thursday, 10/19/23: JH Football @ Cushing - 5pm - PINK Out Dress Up Day Friday, 10/20/23: Maroon Out Dress Up Day - Early Release for Students @ 11:30 (Elementary Parent Pick Up will begin at 11:15am) Saturday, 10/21/23: Tenaha Athletic Booster Club Chicken Plate Sale - 12 to 2pm at the Fire Station Hall of Honor Reception - TISD Cafetorium - 2pm Homecoming Parade - Downtown - 3:30pm Pre-Game Festivities & Homecoming Court Introduction & Crowning - 6:30pm Kick-Off vs Cushing - 7pm We are looking forward to a wonderful weekend celebrating our Tenaha Tigers past, present and future!!
